from those called 

a wedding coordinator,  
a  wedding planner,  and 
a wedding site coordinator.   

   Wedding Coordinator/Planner:  

A wedding coordinator and a wedding planner do pretty much the same thing.   They are the detail people.   They assist you in any way you ask them to.   They tell you what they think you need to do for your wedding;  they show you how to do that; they connect you with all types of service providers; they answer your questions.   They guide you through your wedding planning and are there for you on your wedding day to see that everything is taken care of in its intended fashion.  If you are planning a big and expensive wedding celebration, they can be very helpful.

    Wedding Site Coordinator:   

A wedding site coordinator usually works for a particular wedding and reception site such as a club, a hotel, or a special event facility.   Their job is limited to the wedding site.   They guide you through the wedding rehearsal,'  if you choose to have one.   For the ceremony itself, they guide you regarding where to come in from,  in what order to enter,  where to stand, and in what order to leave the wedding site.  Their job is to be there on your wedding day to see that everything relating to the wedding site is handled properly.   They don't get involved with your personal wedding details.

   Regarding Your Wedding Ceremony: 

As part of our advisory services, we  personally walk you, step-by-step, through a wedding ceremony.    We give you access to our web page that contains a diagram of the the fifteen parts to a wedding ceremony and a description of each piece.   We also give you access to our wedding rehearsals web page which describes the wedding process in great detail.   We suggest that you read these pages prior to our verbal discussion.  

We assist you in deciding what spiritual/religious content, if any, you want in your ceremony.    

During the ceremony-discussion portion of our advisory services, we begin with "entering the wedding site."   We answer questions such as who comes in with whom and from where, where do they stand,  and what part they play in the ceremony,  and when and how and with whom they exit.

Once you are clear about the entry/exit  process and have a place for everyone during the ceremony, we walk you through the ceremony, itself.   This includes:  how you want to be greeted, how you want your guest to be acknowledged, what  readings, or symbolic acts (if any) do you want.   We invite you to think about who you want to do the reading and and who will participate in the symbolic acts.   We also consider what special inclusion (if any) that you want in your ceremony.   We discuss option regarding vows, how to write them or choose them from our list of vows or vows from another source.  We answer all your questions.   We give you access to our web pages that contain vows, reading, symbolic acts.   

Our music page offers suggestions for music for:  Pre-ceremony Music  --  Bridal Party Entrance Music  --  Bride's Entrance Music  --  Music During The Ceremony  --  Exit Music  --  Music Directly Following the Ceremony  --  Music at the Reception.

This advisory session usually last about an hour to an hour.   As part of our follow up advisory session, we check in to be sure you have all contents of your ceremony and your officiant know what you want.

We offer you several suggestions regarding how to select you wedding officiant.   We offer you realistic perspective on what your officiant actually does for you and what is fair compensation for his/her time, expertise, and services.   

   Regarding Your Wedding Celebration: 

Regarding the wedding celebration, we show you choices and options that you probably won't hear about from other people.   We answer all your questions from an objective perspective because we are not trying to sell you anything.   Depending on the size of your wedding budget, we can save you anywhere from a hundreds of dollars to several thousand  dollars.   Here's just one example:   

Most couple are told that in addition to feeding and entertaining the guests,  they should also provide a wedding favor for each guests.   This is relatively new phenomenon and is the brain-child of someone interested in putting more money in his pocket.   Many of the "favors" available from wedding vendors are both expensive and for most people, also useless.   Here's just one alternative among many:  Send a donation to your favorite charity in behalf of your wedding guests, and put a note at each celebration table setting saying something like:  "In these times where many are in need,  instead of offering wedding favors, we felt it more appropriate to send a donation in your name to  _name your favorite charity of environmental cause_ .  Thank you."

    As Part of Our Wedding Advisory Services:

   Wisdom and Experience:   

We offer you the value of our experience and expertise regarding weddings.    Between the two of us, Connie and I  have about thirty five years of experience.   Collectively, we have officiated between three an four thousand weddings.   We co-officiated about one-hundred of those weddings.   We are also part of a clergy network through which we keep up with the latest trends and also share our mutual mastery with each other.

During our tenure in the wedding ministry/business, we have seen just about everything.    For years we have been advisors to our brides and grooms.    As a result, we were well qualified to do so when we expanded our cervices to be your teachers, a guides, a mentors, and a role models for you as well.    

In comparison:   The vast majority of wedding coordinators have never officiates a wedding.  Their expertise is connecting you with vendors and making sure that your wedding conforms to proper etiquette and social protocol,   If you want someone to help you spend your money, by all means hire a wedding coordinator.   

We don't mean to put down wedding coordinators.   Most of them do an excellent job.   The issue, for us, is not about how they do their jobs.  It's that much of what they so is (from our perspective) unnecessary.   

Taking the price of a new car or the money equal to the down payment on your house and spending it on a party simply does not make any sense to us.   We suggest you hire our services for a fraction of the cost of a coordinator and  we'll offer you advice that can save you hundreds or, in many cases, thousands of dollars.

    Two, One-hour 
      Theta-Healing / Theta-Transformation Sessions

Both Connie and Robert are trained Theta-Healing / Theta-Transformation practitioners.    Robert has a background of about thirty years of advisory experience, including being trained as a dispute mediator.    He has been using the Theta-Healing / Theta-Transformation with clients for about a year and a half.   Connie has a background of about thirty years of advisory experience.   Connie is applying her expertise  and her Theta-Healing / Theta-Transformation skills to both human clients and to animals and their owners / care-givers.  

As part of our advisory services,  we include two, one-hour Theta-Healing / Theta-Transformation sessions to our wedding clients.    We suggest that the focus of these sessions be on relationships, however, the topic of focus of these session  is  completely up to the bride and groom.   You may use them together or separately.   For an introduction to this part of our service, please see our website at:

   Wedding Rehearsals:   

One of our favorite jobs and one that is usually needed by brides and grooms is getting them to feel comfortable about the ceremony, itself.   In that regard, we'll walk you completely through the fifteen steps of a wedding.   We have an extensive, detailed description of a wedding ceremony on our site, including photos and diagrams.   Between our guidance and the website description, we make wedding ceremonies almost foolproof.

   In Addition:
